Purchase with confidence. We at Bronze Direct know what it is like to purchase art work that you have never seen before. We guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, you may repackage the undamaged item and return it within two weeks for a replacement or a refund. In fact, we are so confident about the quality of our products we will refund your purchase price and some shipping charges. Please note that we can only refund the regular UPS ground shipping charges. If you use another shipping method, we will be unable to refund the shipping charge. And because our bronze statues can be fairly heavy, we will arrange for UPS to pick it up from you and ship it back to us. We, of course, will bear the return shipping charges. One exception to our guarantee policy is that we cannot refund the shipping charges and/or send a carrier to pick up the item from you for any over weight statues that require special motor freight shipping. In this case please repack the statue back in its wooden crate and ship it back to us with a motor freight company of your choice at your expense. We will issue a refund for the cost of the statue once we have received it, provided its returned undamaged and in the same condition as sent.

Our secure server software encrypts the information that you enter on our site before it is transmitted over the Internet. This ensures that all the purchases you make on our site are secure.






Once you have completed the online order form and submitted it, we will check for product availability, process your order, confirm your credit card, and send you an e-mail indicating when the art work is shipped. We will not charge your credit card until the product is shipped. Our goal is to have all orders processed no later than 24 hours after receiving them, but we will usually process orders within hours of receiving them. All the products are generally shipped the next business day after the order is received. We will contact you via e-mail if there is any exceptions. Most products on this site are in-stock and available for shipping the next business day. At this time, we are unable to automatically adjust inventory when a product is purchased online. This means it is possible that a product you order may be out of stock. Because each sculpture is hand made with lost wax casting process it may take a few weeks before the sculpture is completed. In this case we will notify you via e-mail. Please let us know at that time if you wish us to cast a statue for you.






The shipping charge is based on the weight, the shipping method (UPS ground, 2nd day or next day, etc.), and the distance shipped. The shipping weight includes the bronze statue plus the packaging materials. We do not charge for handling. Please note that since each statue is hand crafted there may be a slight weight difference from statue to statue. We use average weights to calculate the shipping charges on the web site. We will never charge you more shipping than is stated on the order form. We are a California based corporation. All California residents will have to pay state sales tax. This only applies to shipping addresses within California. A tax rate of 8.75% will be added to all purchase prices excluding shipping where applicable.
